For Pro subscriptions, payment is processed entirely through Apple’s App Store — we never store payment card details. We also collect in-app usage data (study activity, quiz responses, AI chat interactions) to power personalized training recommendations.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to deliver and improve the iFlyAI service: personalizing your training experience, syncing study progress, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, ever.
3. Data Security
All data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to essential personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
iFlyAI uses AI APIs to generate responses. Your queries may be processed by those systems under their respective privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with AI providers.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact us below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

iFlyAI is an educational study tool only. It is NOT an FAA-approved course or official training material. Always verify all information with current FAA publications, the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), and a certified flight instructor (CFI) before any flight operation. iFlyAI assumes no liability for decisions made in the cockpit.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple’s App Store. You may cancel at any time from within the App Store settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within iFlyAI is the property of iFlyAI and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
iFlyAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
